  • The item must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.

3. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Prepare the Item: Carefully pack the item with its original packaging, manuals, and accessories, ensuring the product is in the same condition as when it was received.

  3. Ship the Item Back: Once you have your RA number, return the item to the following address:

    The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).

4. Refunds and Exchanges

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange request. Please note the following:

  • Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. The refund will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

  • Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different model, color, or size, please specify this in your return request. The exchange will be processed as soon as the returned item is received and verified.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will assist you with a replacement or refund and cover the return shipping costs.

6. Late Returns

7. Restocking Fees

We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 15% on certain returned items, especially if the product is opened or not in new condition. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
